IPSF in its efforts to implement sports activities with integrity and fairness, we highly upholds the integrity of sport and fair competition for all Pencak Silat participants, from athletes and coaches to the IPSF PERSILAT management team.

IPSF-PERSILAT always providing a safe environment in Pencak Silat sports management and competition, which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity and where the priority is given to the safety and the wellbeing of all participants in the respect for everyone to enjoy its rights in Pencak Silat environment .

Condition of misconduct, harassment, and abusive that in mention in IPSF Code Of Ethics can potentially give impact to the athlete of all ages, and athletes can also be the perpetrators, and the condition also can be happened to the all individual in Pencak Silat environment including coach, manager and even the management .

Impact from the condition, offline or online, specially may impair the athlete performance in the competition or out of competition, and results in another problems from psychological disorder, depression, lack of self-confidence, and other condition that may harmful for the athletes careers. Same with the Coach, Referee, Juror and also the Technical delegates and all individual in Pencak Silat Environment. 

Therefore to protect the athlete from this behaviour, IPSF-PERSILAT already made the voluntary whistleblower reporting process to give the individual to speak when they have information about misconducts and other ethical violation that happened in IPSF-PERSILAT environment, including athletes supporting personals and everyone in the sport even management.

The documents can be downloaded in here, and for the whistleblower data will be safe and protected, so they should not worry or afraid to reports the misbehave in Pencak Silat Environment.

IPSF PERSILAT also do the education about the Sport Integrity in every sports event that conduct by IPSF PERSILAT, to make sure that all the athletes, coach, manager and all individual in Pencak Silat environments knowing about their rights and responsibility.
