The International Pencak Silat Federation (PERSILAT) is the sole international governing body for the sport and culture of Pencak Silat. Founded on March 11, 1980, in Jakarta, Indonesia, PERSILAT is dedicated to preserving the authenticity of this diverse martial art while propelling it onto the global stage.
