About Member

Ms. Titih Hayati is a highly respected figure in the international Pencak Silat community, with decades of dedicated service in officiating and technical governance. Her journey in Pencak Silat began in 1995, where she actively served as a referee and jury member across both single and multi-event competitions at national and international levels.

Her deep expertise, consistency, and commitment to maintaining fairness and technical excellence have positioned her as one of the leading authorities in refereeing within the sport. In recognition of her vast experience and leadership, she was appointed as the Chief of Referee and Jury of the International Pencak Silat Federation (IPSF-PERSILAT) in 2018, a role she continues to uphold with distinction.

At the national level, Ms. Titih has played a pivotal role in strengthening officiating structures within Indonesia. Through her leadership roles in the Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI), she has contributed significantly to the development, standardization, and training of referees and jury members across multiple administrative levels, including regency, provincial, and national divisions.

 

Her lifelong contribution reflects a strong commitment to integrity, discipline, and the global advancement of Pencak Silat as a structured and professionally governed sport.
