Mr. Slamet Abdul Azis is a highly experienced financial professional and long-serving administrator in the field of Pencak Silat governance. With decades of involvement at both national and international levels, he has played a crucial role in ensuring financial stability, transparency, and institutional continuity within the sport.
His association with the Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia (IPSI) dates back to 1989, where he served as an Administrator for the national federation for over three decades. His dedication and expertise led to his appointment as General Treasurer of the Central Board of IPSI in 2017, a position he continues to hold.
At the international level, Mr. Slamet has been serving as the General Treasurer of the International Pencak Silat Federation (IPSF – PERSILAT) since 2010. Over multiple consecutive terms (2010–2026), he has been instrumental in managing financial operations, budgeting, and governance structures of the federation, contributing significantly to its growth and sustainability.
In addition to his contributions to sports administration, Mr. Slamet is an accomplished professional in the corporate sector. He currently serves as Senior Tax Manager & Asset Management at PT Arsari Enviro Industri (Arsari Group). He is also actively engaged in public service, holding the position of Vice General Treasurer within the Gerindra Political Party.
His combined expertise in finance, governance, and administration makes him a key pillar in the continued development and global expansion of Pencak Silat.
