Haji Abdul Rajak bin Haji Md Dali is a distinguished sports administrator and educator from Brunei Darussalam, with a lifelong commitment to the development of martial arts and youth programs. With a career spanning several decades, he has played a pivotal role in advancing Pencak Silat at both national and international levels.
He served in the Ministry of Education Brunei Darussalam from 1987 to 2016 as the Head of the Martial Arts Unit under the Co-Curriculum Department. In this role, he was instrumental in integrating martial arts, including Pencak Silat, into structured educational and youth development programs across the country.
At the international level, he has been serving as Deputy President of the International Pencak Silat Federation (IPSF – PERSILAT) since 2018, continuing into the 2022–2026 term. His leadership has contributed to strengthening international collaboration and the promotion of Pencak Silat globally.
Nationally, his long-standing association with the Brunei Darussalam Pencak Silat Federation (PERSIB) highlights his progressive leadership. Over the years, he has held several key positions, including Administrator, Head of National Development, Deputy President, and Acting President in 2024. His contributions have been vital in developing organizational structures, athlete pathways, and national representation.
