Ms. Bibi Aishah bt Golbal Shah is a distinguished figure in the Pencak Silat community, recognized for her extensive contributions as an athlete, technical official, and sports administrator. With a career spanning several decades, she has played a vital role in the development and technical advancement of Pencak Silat at both national and international levels.
She began her journey as a national-level Pencak Silat athlete, actively competing from 1980 to 1990. Her experience as an athlete laid a strong foundation for her transition into officiating and technical roles. Since 2000, she has been serving as an International Wasit Jury, contributing to the standardization and integrity of competitions worldwide.
In addition to her technical expertise, Ms. Bibi has held significant leadership roles within Malaysia’s Pencak Silat governance structure. She has served as the Secretary General of the Persekutuan Silat Kebangsaan Malaysia, where she played a key role in organizational development and national coordination. She has also been actively involved with the Olympic Council of Malaysia Committee, contributing to the broader sports ecosystem.
