The Pencak Silat Federation of Turkmenistan is the official organization responsible for the promotion and development of Pencak Silat in Turkmenistan. The sport was first introduced in 2014 with the support and guidance of Aziz Jurabayev from Uzbekistan.
A major milestone was achieved in 2022 when Pencak Silat was officially registered as part of the Hanmudo Martial Arts Federation, enabling formal recognition and structured development within the country. Since then, the federation has actively organized city and national-level competitions to promote the sport.
Currently, the federation has:

- Coaches: 5
- Schools: 5
Turkmenistan has also participated in international competitions, including events in Thailand (Phuket), Abu Dhabi (World Pencak Silat Championship 2024), and the Asian Pencak Silat Championship in Bukhara.
Through structured development, international collaboration, and growing participation, the Pencak Silat Federation of Turkmenistan continues to strengthen the presence of Pencak Silat in Central Asia and contribute to its global expansion.
