The Estonian Pencak Silat Federation (EPSF) is the national governing body responsible for the promotion and development of Pencak Silat in Estonia. The federation was established in 2015 in Tallinn by its founding President, Valery Gramusnjak.
Since its creation, the federation has focused on introducing and expanding Pencak Silat within Estonia, building a structured framework for training, athlete development, and participation in international activities. Under its leadership, efforts have been made to raise awareness of this traditional Southeast Asian martial art while aligning with global standards.
