The 21st World Pencak Silat Championship and the 6th Junior World Pencak Silat Championship will be held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan from 22nd to 29th November 2026. This prestigious international event, officially sanctioned by the International Pencak Silat Federation (PERSILAT), will bring together elite athletes, coaches, and officials from over 80 countries across five continents.
The championship will feature competitions across multiple age categories, including Junior, Senior, and Master divisions, in both Tanding (match) and Seni (artistic) disciplines. Athletes will compete at the highest level, showcasing not only their technical skills and physical excellence but also the cultural and artistic values that define Pencak Silat as a unique martial art.
This edition of the championship marks a historic milestone, as it is the first time that both the Senior and Junior World Championships will be conducted simultaneously in Central Asia.
